Patti came to Arizona over 13 years ago, originally from Los Angeles, CA., and lived in Tucson for a year before moving up north to the Verde Valley where she currently resides.
Patti left a lucrative career as an artist in the entertainment business to live a more serene life in her beloved state of Arizona. One of the main reasons for Patti to come to Arizona was the abundance of quality agate to collect, which is Patti's true passion in life. Also, the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the Arizona landscape is an ongoing inspiration for the various outlets for her artistic expression. After many years of showing in fine art galleries, Patti still continues to create fine art on a commission basis, and also has a flourishing web & graphic design business in Cottonwood.

Patti is a true rockhound and is out collecting agate at every opportunity. Patti collects throughout Arizona, California, and New Mexico. Patti's primary interest is hunting & collecting agate, and she cuts & polishes cabs and display specimens.

The article "She Paints Rocks", written about Patti's series of rock paintings, was published in Rock & Gem Magazine, September 2001. Patti is also the designer and webmaster for the Sedona Gem & Mineral Club website.
