A
Rockhound’s
Tour of England 2010
Join
Rock and Gem editor Bob Jones for a special tour of England
arranged specifically for rockhounds and mineral enthusiasts.
The 11-day trip is planned for May 4-14, 2010 and includes
daily breakfast meals, five lunches and two dinners at
hotels in London, Derbyshire, Bristol and Cornwall inclusive
of motorcoach transportation to tour destinations and demonstrations.
The tour is offered by Culture Travel Tour Operators (CRIZMAC)
and is a collaboration between CRIZMAC and Rock and
Gem magazine. CRIZMAC provides
guides, travel insurance and a tour handbook along with museum
and site admissions to geologically significant areas, important
mines and mineral collections not normally accessible to
the public. There will even be two guided collecting
opportunities for trip participants.
Don’t
miss this exceptional opportunity to visit remarkable sites
in the company of others who share your enthusiasm for
the wonderful world of rocks and minerals! The tour price
of $2895 per person is based on double occupancy rooms
with single rooms available for an additional fee. Airfare
is not included. Enrollment will be made on a “first-come,
first-served” basis. A $500 deposit is required
to guarantee your space. Register by January 4, 2010
and receive a free one-year subscription (or one year extension
to your current subscription) of Rock and Gem magazine. Registration
and deposit payments may be made in person at CRIZMAC’s
Tucson Marketplace location, by mail or by phone at 1-800-913-8555
or (520) 323-8555, or you may register online at www.crizmac.com.
Final payment is due two months prior to departure. |
